Return Policy

Return conditions:

You have 30 days to return Liquid-Land Pine Seed Oil. We cover shipping costs within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To return your Liquid-Land oil, you must contact customer support by filling out the form at the link https://www.liquid-land.com/returns/

By filling in the fields we request for the return, Liquid-Land will receive your request. A tracking number will be emailed to you the next business day. With this number you can go to a CTT post office and return your Liquid-Land oil. The costs of return are at our expense.

After receiving the order, Liquid-Land will evaluate the returned product and, if the conditions listed below are met, will refund the total amount paid, via bank transfer or paypal, within a maximum of 5 business days. The refund will be available in your account within an average period of 5 to 10 days.

For the return to be admitted, you must

• Respect the maximum period of 30 days to process the return of the product;
• Contact us via form, indicating your email, IBAN and reason(s):
  • Allergic reaction
  • Damaged product
  • Other reason(s). What reason? _____________________
• The product must be returned in sealed packaging. Except in exceptional and duly identified situations, such as in the case of allergic reactions or defects, returns will not be made if the product has already been opened and removed from the original packaging.
